Absolutely! If the recipient wants to upgrade their session from a Mini to a Full session, they’re more than welcome to. They can let us know when redeeming their session, and we’ll adjust the booking accordingly. Any price difference will be billed at the time of scheduling.

We totally understand that life happens! If the recipient needs to reschedule they can easily reach out to us via email to coordinate a new date.
We’ll do our best to accommodate their schedule and ensure the session is just as amazing as possible!

Nope! The recipient can redeem their session whenever it works best for them. We want them to feel no pressure and enjoy their gift when the timing is just right.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure their preferred date, especially during peak seasons like spring and fall.

If they’re more than an hour outside of Philadelphia, we may still be able to accommodate them for an additional travel fee. Just reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it work!

Absolutely! We encourage recipients to pick a location that’s meaningful to them. If they need inspiration, we’re happy to recommend some of our favorite spots!

Our session gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they are transferable, so if the recipient is unable to use the gift, they can pass it along to someone else to enjoy.

Sam and Zach were so easy and pleasant to coordinate with and were a lot of fun during the shoot. The photos they captured are seriously phenomenal. I can't get over how awesome they are!!
